Hey Kids,
So, long time no nothing, eh? Sorry about that; have been immersed to say the least in our "Amazing Race" to see the climb of the Alpe d?Huez--anybody catch us on the old boob tube?? WE WERE THERE....B I G T I M E !!!!! Details (many) to follow. Just arrived in Manorola (Cinque Terre), Italy after many hours on trains etc. Must do some quick exploring then crash. I also need to locate a computer that I can upload pictures with. Will do so ASAP (hopefully tomorrow). Please please tune in soon to hear about our experience at Stage 17 of the TdeF.
The sneak peak in to my next post: Folks, if you ever attend an event like the TdeF and need a photographer to document your shear adrenalized passion for the spectacle before your eyes, then Ms. Selena Davidson is your lady! One of her pictures literally brought tears to my eyes! I still can't believe it.

Glad to hear that your experience on the mountain was everything you hoped. Can't wait to see those incredible pics. I have been following the race on the tube and I am just amazed by the scenery throughout the mountains. It is definitely breath taking. Enjoy the rest of your trip.
Hey Selena, no kayaking yet. The weather this week has been miserably, rainy and lots and lots and lots of fog. Di I mention the fog yet. Anyway, if the opportunity happens great. If not oh well......Thanks for the opportunity anyway=) Have a great time.

Ahhh, but the summer life is grand! I can't wait to see your pics, Selena - I know the power of your photography...and Shane, I do believe that you were living your dream during the tour.

Hellooo!!!WE have just spent 5 days touring friends from Florida around NS (South Shore & Cabot Trail foggy, foggy and rain, but from the comments you already know that) NB (Rocks & Fundy)& PEI so have missed you guys couple of days. Nice to know we could catch up on arriving home. Wow is about all we can say! Going to be hard to top this trip ENJOY!ENJOY!!!!
